North Sea Spa Bensersiel
At the Nordseetherme, located right next to the "MeerZeiten" hotel, our guests enjoy free admission (subject to the season). The spa features five different pools with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, massage jets, bubble loungers, a saltwater pool, and a sauna garden with a banya sauna, cold plunge pool, waterfall, and massage treatments—all designed to help you relax. A 100-meter-long giant slide and warm wading and children’s pools guarantee great fun for the whole family. A fitness studio is also available for sports enthusiasts.
Our hotel guests can choose to use the swimming pool, the sauna (2 hours each) or the fitness area including aqua courses free of charge every day.

The Nordseetherme offers a wide range of activities for young and old. The spa has a total of 5 pools with different depths and temperatures. The maximum water depth is 1.30 meters.
In the children’s pool, heated to 31.5°C, a pirate ship complete with cannons and a slide invites kids to explore and board! Right next door is a splash pool heated to 32°C for the little ones. You’ll also find a family pool at a comfortable 30°C, a relaxation pool at a warm 32°C, massage jets, bubble loungers, and a soothing saltwater pool at 32°C. Or work up a healthy sweat in the steam room. The 100-meter slide is also a blast.
The gym at the Nordseetherme is open all year round for sports enthusiasts.
Our tip for little North Sea guests: During the vacations, the Nordseetherme offers age-appropriate swimming courses for children. Please ask at the spa for more information.
The sauna and relaxation area invites you to relax.
A sanarium and a Finnish dry sauna are available in the indoor area of the Nordseetherme.
In the outdoor area, a sauna garden with plunge pool, a banya sauna and an infusion sauna await you. The cold water pool has a water depth of 1.30 meters. The built-in underwater spotlights and the waterfall create an atmospheric ambience.
An infusion sauna offers space for approx. 40 people. Various sauna infusions take place here at an air temperature of 95°C.
